c16t3P1: This is another field of MDM of the dermal type. To the left, there is an atypical mitotic figure. The cytologic features are similar to those that are seen in dermal components of MDM of halo nevus-like type (dermal variant), but the infiltrates of halo nevus-like phenomena are not represented..

c16t3P2: This is another example of nevoid minimal deviation melanoma. This is not a variant of “Spitz nevus.” The stroma is activated (a permissive  stroma).

c16t3P3: This is another nevoid minimal deviation melanoma with nevus-like nesting patterns. The degree of atypia is moderately severe, but nuclear characteristics are disarmingly uniform.
