Juvenile Melanoma Pictorial Map:
This site is structured in three tiers. The first tier is HOME; there is only one chapter at tier 1; a click on the next page navigation aid will not take the reader to a next chapter at tier 1. At tiers 2, a click on this navigation aid will take the reader to the next chapter along the respective tier; at the end of the tier, a click on this aid will take the reader back to the first chapter of the respective tier. The chapters at tier 2 are all textual in nature. Chapters 7, 7b, and 9 are parent chapters. The chapters at tier 3 are all pictorials. Chapters 11-17 at tier 3 are daughters of Chapter 7. Chapters 18-21 at tier 3 are daughters of Chapter 7b. Chapters 22-25 at tier 3 are daughters of Chapter 9. The next page button at tier 3 is operative only in relationship to daughter chapters of specific parent chapters at level 2. Navigation bars in the left Master Border provide access to HOME at tier 1, and to textual or to pictorial chapters at tiers 2 & 3. The first collection of bars to the left provides access to both textual and pictorial chapters. The next navigation aid (General Index) takes the reader to a general index of Sections on this site. The next set provides access to HOME and to the pictorials. The next set is of the same type as the first set. There is one additional set of bars at the end of this chapter (page). Also at the end of the chapter, a separate bar provides access to the next page with the restrictions as described above.
