This site is structured in 3 tiers (levels). Tier 1 has only one chapter, HOME. The 5 chapters at tier 2 are textual. This is the first chapter of tier 2; it is CHAPTER 2. Navigation bars are present in the MASTER BORDER to the left. The first collection of bars is a first level aid; it provides access to HOME and to textual chapters at level 2. Two textual chapters (5 & 6) are parent chapters for PICTORIALS at level 3. A click on one of these 2 chapters will provide access to the respective pictorials. Chapter 5 is a parent for 6 pictorial chapters. Chapter 6 is a parent for 2 pictorial chapters. The second navigation bar in the border to the left provides access to the pictorials at level 3, by-passing level II. There is a third navigation aid at the end of each chapter; it is a first level type.
The results of Dr. Olivier’s study are available in Chapters 3 & 4. Chapters 5 & 6 relate directly to the pictorials at level 3. The pictorials are not of the best quality; any criticism regarding the pictorials reflect on my abilities, and the quality of the slides; Dr. Olivier is not to be blamed.
In the border to the left, the navigation aid, GENERAL INDEX, will take the reader to the general index for this site. Mostly, the presentations on this site relate to melanocytic lesions, but other subjects may also be represented.
At the end of the MASTER BORDER to the left, there is a navigation aid that will take the reader to the next page in sequence at the respective level of the reader. At the pictorial level, only the child pictorials of a given parent textual chapter (either parent chapter 5 or 6) will be accessible.
